The 7th Bar Convent in Berlin – “THE” all star event for the worldwide society of professional bartenders and the whole industry as well – and we’re proud to announce that we’ve been there! ;)
This year’s edition took place in Station Berlin – over 8 000 square meter arena, and it’s been one of the largest so far – with 100 exhibitors, and over 7612 participants.
Each event of such magnitude has its own – leading guest country, presenting its finest drinks, cocktails and original recipes to the public.
This time we’ve learned a lot about pisco – a legend presented by Mr. Pisco himself and Johny Schuler.
During our 2 day adventure, we’ve taken part in the most memorable perfections and workshops covering :
• “The genetic taste conditioning”
• “The perfect cocktail – simplicity is the answer!”
• “The new cocktail face of New York”
.. but that’s not all. We’ve tasted, tried and prepared cocktails using every alcohol known to man .. and present on the Convent.
We also appreciated lectures given by : Alex Kratena, Anistatia Miler i Jared Brown, Matthew Bax, Jim Meehan oraz Phil Duff.
It’s been an extraordinary opportunity and a huge load of practical knowledge we can,and definatelly will use in the future.
All we can wish for now, is for the next such Convent to take place in Warsaw!
