In 2012 we had two foreign Bar Consulting contracts. We’ve opened Cocktail Bar in Sayera Hotel – Chennai, India. In the second month, sales went out through the roof and reached more than 1250 cocktails during short opening hours for bars in Chennai (7pm – 12pm).

We’ve also worked for the Terrasa House on Tenerife. We’ve trained staff and created a brand new menu in order to sell surplus stock of all kinds of liquors, which were in store for months.
It was one of our greatest and biggest successes!

Duration for bar consulting depends on the scale of the project. The shortest contract lasts a week. This is the minimum time to make the desired changes.
